You gotta love Kettlebells!
What is a Kettlebell? Basically a kettlebell is a heavy weight that looks somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. It's used to perform ballistic exercises which combine cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training.
It's amazing what a kettlebell workout will do for your body:
It will: Melt fat off your body
It will: get you lean so you see definition in your muscles
It will: Increase your metabolism, so you can burn more calories when just sitting around
It will: help you to move better by addressing your body's weaknesses and muscular inbalances, making you more efficient so you can burn more calories while exercising and therefore more calories burned long after your done.
Come to kettlebell class and you could burn up to 1000 calories a class!!
The starting weight is 8kg-16kg In some of the sessions I will bring in some other equipment just to switch it up a bit.
